It sounds like an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm meets Falling Down, but when you consider that Peter Mangs is actually a convicted murderer who was sentenced to life in prison in 2010, this story is really quite chilling.
In a new book about his crimes, Mangs reveals that he was so enraged by Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s parking that he went home to fetch his gun so he could shoot the striker.
Mangs confronted Ibrahimovic about his pavement parking – which he describes as “typically Balkan behaviour” – but returned to find that the Sweden star had driven off in his Ferrari.
“I thought there would be a proper hullabaloo in the media if the gent in question were to be shot,” said Mangs, quoted on French site, The Local.
