In case you've forgotten (and Gary clearly hasn't) Phil tried to tell his 1.7 million followers that he was out for an early run at the seaside.

his words got a bit lost in translation and he broadcast that he was 'ejaculating on the beach' to start the day.
Gary obviously thought it was hilarious and it's been a running joke on Twitter for him ever since.
