So, Stranger Things 2 will be back sometime in 2017. The writers and creators Matt and Ross Duffer will return. We already knew this because they went into detail about their plans for a new season in an interview recently. They said it would be ever weirder and darker.

Thankfully, we know for sure that they are back, along with Executive Producers Shawn Levy and Dan Cohen.
We also know that there will be nine new episodes for the second season.
Netflix has released a teaser trailer for the new series giving very little away, but there are some suggested titles which could hint at possible storylines, including, "The Pumpkin Patch", "The Palace", "The Storm" and "The Boy Who Came Back To Life".
