Well, they don’t look very ordinary to us, frankly.

It’s not really our place to judge people on their appearances, but judging by Twitter reaction to the fashionable pair - who appeared on BBC News to discuss the General Election - the rest of the country isn’t quite as easy-going.

Guys. For the avoidance of doubt: that young man’s lid is incredible. It’s a thing of physics-defying beauty. You’re only jealous.

The fantastically-named Benedict Wardlaw and pal were spotted by ITV News reporter Duncan Golestani, who posted a snapshot which has since been retweeted thousands of times.

Keep on trucking, Mr Wardlaw and chum. Block out those haters, and vote any way you want on 7 May. (But don’t forget what Katie Hopkins said.)
