McDonald’s is axing nine items from its menu this week

McDonald’s menu is changing once again

The fast food outlet has announced that it is moving nine items from its menu, much to the heartbreak of fans.

Thankfully, though, none of the classics are on the move, as it is mostly items from the Halloween menu that are being discontinued.

However, those who have fallen in love with the limited edition items have to prepare themselves to never see them again.

One of the biggest losses from the menu is the Philly Cheese Steak, which Maccies lovers have already adopted as a favourite.

The McCrispy BBQ Smokehouse is also on its way out, as are the Chilli Cheese Bites, in both their individual and sharebox forms.

The nine McNugget meal is here to stay though.

McDonalds is also getting rid of a variety of dessert options, including Toffee Apple McFlurry, the Halloween M&Ms McFlurry, the Toffee Apple Pie and the Toffee Apple Donut.

It’s not all bad news, though, as the outlet is introducing a host of new items to make up for the losses.

Cheese lovers are in for a treat, with the Cheese Melt Dippers with Rich Tomato Dip making a return.

They are also introducing the Big & Cheesy burger, which features a patty, two slices of cheese, red onion, crispy onions and cheese sauce. This is also available with bacon.

The ever polarising Chicken Big Mac is also coming back.

In terms of sweet treats, the Galaxy Chocolate McFlurry, the Galaxy Caramel McFlurry and the Galaxy Caramel Pie are also being introduced.
