Kim Kardashian frustrated after North praised Kanye for not having nannies or a chef

Kim Kardashian has opened up about the struggles of parenting her and Kanye’s eldest child.

In the latest episode of The Kardashians, the 43-year-old billionaire revealed that North prefers staying with her dad because of the more normal lifestyle he leads.

At Kim’s minimalist home, North has everything at her disposal, with security, nannies and even a personal chef to provide her every need.

“She’ll be like, ‘Dad is the best, he has it all figured out. He doesn’t have a nanny, he doesn’t have a chef, he doesn’t have security. He lives in an apartment’,” Kim told her older sister Kourtney.

“And she’ll start crying, ‘Why don’t you have an apartment? I can’t believe we don’t have an apartment’.”

Kim added that she finds it frustrating that she cannot give North the lifestyle she wants, despite having an abundance of resources.

One of the things that North prefers about staying at her dad’s is that he always cooks his own meals.

“That’s amazing that you make ramen, you know?” Kim said sarcastically.

Kourtney shared her sympathies with Kim, and explained that her co-parenting situation with her ex Scott Disick is similar.

“They do that at Scott’s too,” Kourtney shared.

“‘Dad has the best house, your house sucks. He has the best house. It’s not super big, the vibe’s better’.

“I feel like everything falls on the parent that’s more involved.”

Kanye has previously spoken out about his favoured lifestyle in his track ‘Easy’.

“I watched four kids for like five hours today/I wear these Yeezy boots everywhere, even in the shower today/I got love for the nannies, but real family is better/The cameras watch the kids, y’all stop takin’ the credit,” he raps.

“When you give ’em everything, they only want more/Boujee and unruly, y’all need to do some chores/Rich-a** kids, this ain’t yo’ mama house/Climb on your brother’s shoulders, get that Top Ramen out.”

Kim has also spoken out in the past about how she chooses to raise her kids.

“Obviously, having nannies and a chef to help cook is beyond helpful,” she said.

“It’s all about family and enjoying these moments. It takes a village to raise kids, but at the end of the day, your kids only want you.”
