The Oscars diversity fall-out shows no sign of slowing down as now Will Smith has dropped out.

The Hollywood star has backed his wife Jada Pinkett-Smith and has pulled out of the Oscars ceremony in protest at the all-white acting shortlists. In an interview on US TV, the actor said: "She's deeply passionate and when she is moved she has to go. I heard her words and was knocked over.
