Party on! Wayne’s World returns to UK TV screens

Cult classic Wayne’s World will be available to stream for free on Pluto TV from July 4th.

Fans of the film can now relive the hilarious adventures of Wayne Campbell and Garth Algar for free, as they rock their way into households across the globe.

“Wayne’s World” follows the misadventures of Wayne Campbell (played by Mike Myers) and his best friend, Garth Algar (played by Dana Carvey), who host a public-access television show from Wayne’s basement.

Their quirky and irreverent program catches the attention of a sleazy television executive, Benjamin Oliver (played by Rob Lowe), who attempts to exploit their success for his personal gain.

As Wayne and Garth navigate the pitfalls of fame, they also encounter romantic interests, Cassandra (played by Tia Carrere) and Stacy (played by Lara Flynn Boyle), and must decide what truly matters to them.

The film, directed by Penelope Spheeris, achieved tremendous success upon its original release in 1992.
