They're working on power generation with kettlebell swings and squat cleans on the Olympic bar. Then there's the core strength work with Turkish get-ups and weighted pistol squats. Not to mention the pure, brute strength with weighted pull-ups and band-resisted deadlifts.
This lot mean business. Good luck to the team facing the Tigers on the opening day of the football season.
