Marvel can do no wrong at the moment. Whether it's the hugely successful Avengers films, the surprisingly enjoyable Guardians of the Galaxy or the breathtakingly intense Daredevil series, they just seem to get it.
But still, when they announced that they were finally making a Deadpool film, we were a little worried that Marvel might be overplaying their hand a bit. Deadpool is a notoriously difficult character to get right, as he toes the thin line between self-awareness and outright parody.
