Khloe Kardashian has brain trauma from ex-Tristan Thompson’s cheating

Dr Daniel Amen found clear signs of emotional trauma

Khloe Kardashian has discovered just how much of an impact her ex-lover Tristan Thompson’s infidelity has had on her. The NBA star put Khloe through the emotional wringer during their time together, and now the reality TV star has the medical evidence to prove it. In the latest episode of Hulu’s The Kardashians, Kendall Jenner urges her big sister to have her brain scanned after finding out that Thompson had done the dirty, yet again. Kendall tells Khloe that's she's "so interested to see how your brain looks", adding: "Mostly after everything that's happened with Tristan." An appointment is then arranged with Dr Daniel Amen for an MRI. After initially complimenting Kendall on her "beautiful brain", but noting there is signs of trauma and anxiety, it is Khloe's turn to get looked at. Dr Amen observes that the 38-year-old's brain has a significant amount of physical trauma. Khloe explains that as a teenager she went head-first through a car windshield, which would explain the damage. But Dr Amen, says the scans reveal more about her mental state, saying: "You worry and you can be anxious and you've had trauma. Do you see this diamond? This often will go with emotional trauma." Khloe and Dr Amen later talk privately and he asks her why she ticked "past trauma" before the examination. She explains that she lost her father, Robert Kardashian, when she was 19, then adds: "My last ex-boyfriend, there was a lot of cheating while I was pregnant and then he just had a baby with somebody else while we were together that I found out. "And all these things I find out about from social media myself so it's pretty traumatic." Fitness model Maralee Nichols announced in December last year that she had given birth to Thompson's child, alleging the two got together during his 30th birthday while he was still with Khloe. At that time, Khloe was already due to welcome her second baby with the athlete via surrogacy. The child had been conceived in November 2021 - before the reality star found out about the paternity scandal. Thompson later apologised via Instagram story. According to Seventeen, he wrote: "Khloé, you don't deserve this. "You don't deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. “You don't deserve the way I have treated you over the years. My actions certainly have not lined up with the way I view you. "I have the utmost respect and love for you. Regardless of what you may think."
