This video shows the terrifying moment the Nepal earthquake triggered a huge avalanche on Mount Everest.
Thankfully, the cameraman and his companions manage to take cover, but others have not been as fortunate following the 7.9 magnitude earthquake on Saturday.
The official death toll stands at over 3,000 with thousands more injured and homes devastated across the region.
Hundreds of climbers are still trapped in the Himalayas, with this footage demonstrating the dangers.
