Following their popular How old? robot, Microsoft have launched another clever tool that works out exactly how similar you look to a doppelgänger...
Twins or Not allows you to upload two photos, which are then analysed by the company's fancypants algorithm to calculate how alike the people in both shots look. The images are given a likeness score ranging from 0 to 100. In the interests of science (and vanity), I gave the website a test-drive, with mixed results...
Microsoft stress that it's just a bit of fun and they don't store any uploaded images. Which for me would be a little pointless, evidently...Explore more on these topics:
