While many would undoubtedly argue that profiting off such a case is morally wrong, TMZ reports that Foreman plans to donate his earnings to Children's Hospital LA.
Heard had previously promised to donate her divorce settlement of $3.5m to the same hospital, something which was used against her in court. However while she maintained that she "pledged" to donate the money, Depp's lawyers argued that she had has not done so yet.
Children's Hospital LA is reportedly aware of the auction and is pleased about the offer.
Depp's recent appearance on TikTok spurred another public statement from Heard, who had remained fairly elusive since her defeat.
"As Johnny Depp says he's 'moving forward,' women's rights are moving backward," she said in a message released by Law and Crime reporter Cathy Russon.
She added: "The verdict's message to victims of domestic violence is [to] be afraid to stand up and speak out."
