Are you getting enough sleep?

The run up to Christmas tends to see you spend more time out with your friends and way less time sleeping, it’s a hectic time of year for all of us.

Experts recommend that everyone gets seven or eight hours sleep a night but around 40% of people don’t get near that unfortunately.

The people at Business Insider have released an interesting infographic showing just how much a lack of sleep affects your body, mind, sex drive and general health.

We should get plenty of sleep in over the Christmas holidays anyway, but it’s something to keep in mind.
