“You’re going to see so many changes, we’re going for a stoppage to be honest with you.”

Derek Chisora has admitted that he will be making tactical changes ahead of his upcoming rematch against Joseph Parker in Manchester on 18 December.

Ahead of the upcoming fight, Chisora hinted that people will see a new-look style as he aims to win the bout by a stoppage victory.

“You’re going to see so many changes, we’re going for a stoppage to be honest with you,” he told the Mirror.

“I know most people wonder why I’ve been talking about the refs, it’s just one of those things.

“We know exactly what Joseph’s going to try to do. He’s going to try and come in the later rounds and push his power and speed.

“You can tell by how someone is training how they’ll fight. He’s running a lot, so he’s willing to go to the deep end, which is good. They always say you don’t finish learning, you learn every day, and if you don’t want to learn every day you’re a fool.”

Chisora, also known as ‘Del Boy’ is looking for revenge after he was beaten by Parker on split decision in May following a gruelling 12-round fight, but is confident that this time round he will emerge victorious.

Following his defeat, the 37-year-old changed coaches and is now trained by David Coldwell, and he praised his new coach for the impact he has had so far.

He said: “When I go in the gym, the first day I went back, I told him [Coldwell]: ‘I don’t come with ego or anything, so I will ask you questions like I’m a five-year-old. I’ll go back and back and keep asking you’.

“He [Coldwell] understood that, so training together has been amazing. Everything he wants me to do I’m trying and I’m doing it.”

Chisora has recently signed with Anthony Joshua and his management label, 258MGT in the build-up to the fight, which will take place at the Manchester Arena and be shown exclusively live on DAZN.
