Fighter jets were forced to be scrambled to escort a Wizz Air flight London to Tel Aviv in Israel.
The Israeli jets accompanied the Airbus A321 from London Luton Airport after a "security incident", as reported by local media.
According to reports, the IDF was scrambled to escort flight W95301 into Ben-Gurion Airport after one of the passengers allegedly received a “threatening message” on their phone.
N12 News reported that authorities believe a passenger changed a WiFi account name to "terrorist" and sent threatening messages to other passengers.

The plane landed safely with minimal delay before security personnel vetted all passengers.
An Israel Airports Authority spokesperson said: “Due to suspicious conduct on the aircraft, security forces acted in accordance with the procedures for such a case.
It added: “The incident has concluded.
“The aircraft landed, and it was found that there was no real incident."
