OnlyFans model banned from platform after filming video with fan under 18

‘I hope he at least enjoyed himself’

An OnlyFans star has allegedly been banned from the platform after making a video with a random fan who was under the age of 18.

Michelle Comi had launched a competition with the prize being that one of her followers would get the chance to make some content with her.

In a TikTok, she explained: “I made a selection and we recorded the video. I had to choose a guy from my subscribers to record the video with.

“After several selections, I chose and met him.

“Everything went well, we shot the video, but I hadn’t gotten him to sign the paperwork yet.”

It was only afterwards that she realised the boy was not over the age of the 18, the Irish Mirror reports.

Whilst this wasn’t a legal issue in her home country of Italy, where the age of consent is 14, it did prompt a backlash from many and was also in breach of OnlyFans’ terms and conditions.

Michelle said it was an honest mistake on her part but admitted that she should have done more due diligence before filming with him.

She added: “For obvious reasons [the fan being under 18], the video cannot be distributed. In fact, it really shouldn’t exist. And indeed it was cancelled.

“It was my fault, I should have made him sign everything sooner, but being the first time I’ve done it, I went a little on trust.”

And she finished by saying: “I hope he at least enjoyed himself.”

But the model now claims she has been banned from the subscription-based platform, Dexerto reports.

In a post on Telegram, she said: “I was banned from OnlyFans. Listen carefully! I have opened a new platform, if you want to support me.”

OnlyFans’ terms and services makes it clear that the platform must not be used “in any way which may exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm any individual under 18 years old, for example by exposing them to inappropriate Content.”

In a statement, the platform said: “We don’t comment on individual accounts. However, our terms of service are clear and we do take action if people breach them.”
