A OnlyFans star has claimed she does porn because it’s ‘God’s message’ and that her religion aligns with her job.

Courtney Tillia says she feels more connected than ever to her faith since switching careers.

The 35-year-old used to be a high school teacher.

But adult entertainment, Courtney says, has brought her closer to God.

She told the Daily Star: “God’s message has been abundantly clear: I’m here to be a porn star. This is my way of serving.”

The mum-of-four signed up for the subscription platform because teaching lacked “purpose” and left her feeling spiritually unfulfilled.

The Los Angeles resident explained: “Before I left teaching, I felt super disconnected from myself and also God.

“I didn’t know what my life’s purpose was or how I was meant to help others.”

Courtney quit teaching in 2016 and hasn’t given it a second thought.

Although somewhat apprehensive about her new career, at first, Courtney says she was buoyed by her husband’s, Nick’s support.

It was her Christian upbringing that initially made Courtney anxious and feeling guilty.

“I had so much sexual shame of my own at first,” she explained to the Star.

“I remember being at a photoshoot that had several porn stars, and I was so triggered.

“I could feel the judgments that society and religion had instilled in me and I was very aware of it.”

Courtney went on to say that she felt like “their sexual choices and expression were wrong and immoral. I even felt wrong by the association in that moment – but that didn’t feel like God telling me to feel that way.”

The performer found immediate success on OnlyFans where her subscribers credited her with helping them rid their own sense of shame around sex, something Courtney said was part of God’s greater plan for her.

“I now reject any teaching or institutions that depicts God as an entity to be feared or to be judged by,” Courtney said.

“God is loving, not fearful; and accepting, not judgmental.”

Courtney said people are not “meant to suppress or deny things like our pleasure and sexual expression”, rather they should “enjoy and embody them fully as God intended”.
