The Rock is an absolute monster.

He eats like a monster and he trains like a monster.

His eating plan consists of 10 whole pounds of food every single day – that’s why he hits the gym like a bull in a china shop.

It was always going to be tough then when one chap wondered what it would be like to copy the action hero’s enormous eating regime.

Sean Evans bravely ploughed through the seven meals a day which keeps the Rock looking huge.

Except Sean is 170lbs, works in an office and survives off chipotle.

It’s quite painful watching him wading through piles of steak, fish, rice and vegetables every two hours.
