More than 50% used their fitness centre as a hook up spot - and 1 in 10 people even carried condoms in their gym bag just in case they got lucky.
A rather unsurprising 20% said they had had it off with their personal trainer - but it was actually dating apps that most people were using to get lucky.
More than 80% of the people surveyed used apps at the gym to hook up with someone they liked.
Amazingly in between all this prowling, messing around with apps and having sex - people were actually finding the time to work out, apparently.
Nearly two thirds of female gym-goers said doing more than 30 squats a day made them better in bed - while a further 45% said lifting light 5kg weights daily gave them better orgasms (during sex, not weightlifting we presume).
