Regardless of your hot take on South Africa's answer to Bruce Wayne, Elon Musk is without doubt one of the most interesting characters spat out by the 21st century.
In a world of dull and lifeless billionaire lizards, Musk throws up an air of spontaneity and rich chaos. Nobody knows what his next moves going to be. In the past the man behind Tesla, PayPal, SpaceX, and now even Twitter has joked about sending space dragons to Ukraine, he's defamed legions of people, and caused global outrage by naming his son, X Æ A-Xii.
And yet despite his nature as a remarkably controversial figure, many people are still lining up to shake his hand. Including Noel Gallagher, who has recently revealed he wants a slice of the Elon Musk pie.
Speaking on The Matt Morgan Podcast, Gallagher claimed he had become fascinated by Musk after "not knowing his vibe."
The legendary Oasis guitarist and songwriter added: "When am I gonna meet this guy? He's amazing! He's landing f****** remote control rockets on a f****** iPad in the middle of the ocean! I would like to be his friend."
Gallagher continued: "I didn't know anything about him other than that he has a load of money and is a bit mad."
Well he couldn't have said it much better really. But just what would Musk and Gallagher get up to if they started hanging out?
Honestly, god knows. Musk could send Liam Gallagher to space. He could have Champagne Supernova played on the moon for all eternity to come. Or maybe he'd call the next SpaceX jet Supersonic.
It makes sense, sure.
