Damon Albarn was left rather disgruntled after playing Coachella with Blur.
The iconic British band graced the California festival's main stage on Sunday, with their 13 song set featuring fan favourite hits such as Song 2, Popscene and Girls & Boys.
However, it seems that the crowd were not excited enough about the set for Albarn.
He tried multiple times to energise the crowd, and get those watching to sing along with the choruses.
However, it appeared that no one wanted to, as Albarn was met with nothing but silence from the crowds.
During the bridge of Girls & Boys, Albarn tried once more to energise those who were watching the set, but they weren't having it.
It was at this point that Albarn lost it, declaring: “You’re never seeing us again, so you might as well f*****g sing it."
Song 2 got a more energetic response from the crowds, and the lead singer took the opportunity to reflect on their hit.
“This song has been so good to us," he said.
“But I did get shown a TikTok of it being kind of performed by a vacuum cleaner which is you know…. It is humbling and inspiring at the same time.”
Brits have reacted to the lacklustre response Blur got from Coachella audiences online.
"This Coachella crowd doesn’t deserve Blur," one person wrote.
Another put: "I'm convinced Coachella has the worst vibes and people possible. It’s f**king Blur, show some respect."
While a third penned: "The crowd for Blur at Coachella was so embarassing Damon I'm so sorry I wasn't there."
