Christian Bale says he will play Batman again under one condition

We know we've got R-Batz now but this would be mega, wouldn't it?

Christian Bale would return as Batman at some point in the future but only on one condition: if Christopher Nolan asked him to. And if he wished to tell that story with me, I’d be in.” Bale said the pair had always discussed the idea of sticking to a trilogy, saying: "Let's make three films, if we're lucky enough to get to do that. And then let's walk away. Let's not linger too long." But added that while people around him had often claimed to have heard another was on its way, nothing had advanced. Meanwhile, following The Batman cementing itself as one of the biggest releases of 2022, we now also have confirmation that we will be getting a Joker 2 thanks to an Instagram post from Joaquin Phoenix. It is thought Lady Gage is also in talks to play Harley Quinn.
