Manchester City could be without Erling Haaland for their crucial end-of-season run-in.
Haaland withdrew from Norway's most recent international squad due to injury and was absent from Man City's training session ahead of this weekend's game against Liverpool.
Pep Guardiola's are eight points behind league leaders Arsenal - with a game in hand - and still have to play the Gunners before the league campaign ends.
The Norwegian is the league's top scorer by some distance with 28 goals to his name, seven ahead of closest competitor Harry Kane, from 27 games and has 42 in all competitions.
Man City could be missing other big names this weekend for the clash at the Etihad Stadium.
Phil Foden left the England squad early to have his appendix removed and will therefore miss the eagerly anticipated clash while Emerson could be a doubt after missing Brazil's recent games through illness.
Greater Manchester Police have also confirmed that they are investigating Haaland after pictures of him using his phone while driving emerged.
The alleged incident supposedly took place the day after City's 6-1 Champions League win against RB Leipzig - which Haaland scored five goals in - with images released by The Sun this week.
After the images surfaced, GMP issued a statement saying: "I can confirm GMP is aware of this image and is investigating."
If found guilty, the 22-year-old could receive six points on his driving licence and a £200 fine in line with the rules.
