This match was originally scheduled to take place in September but was postponed following the death of Queen Elizabeth II.

Since then, Arsenal have put together their best run of form for years and it looks like they’ll never have a better chance to win their first Premier League title since 2004.

The Gunners have lost just twice in the league this season – a 2-1 defeat to Manchester United in August, and a 1-0 loss to Everton at the start of February.

Mikel Arteta’s side are currently three points clear of Man City with a game in hand. Arsenal, however, have dropped five points in their last two games.

The Premier League champions, meanwhile, could be without top scorer Erling Haaland for the game. The Norwegian striker is an injury doubt after he was withdrawn at half-time of the team’s victory over Aston Villa last weekend.

Pep Guardiola’s team, however, have been the dominant side in this fixture. Arsenal have lost their last 10 Premier League games against Man City.

If the Gunners don’t end that run and suffer another defeat at the Emirates on Wednesday night, Man City will gain momentum in the title race.

The match kicks off at 7:30 pm and will be broadcast live on Amazon Prime Video in the UK, and Premier Sports 1 in Ireland.
