After seeing an image of a snake online, Harvey decided she wanted a similar tattoo of the animal curling around her forearm. She paid $150 and in June 2020 got the tattoo she was initially happy with.
She said: "We never talked about it - I knew the wart was there, I knew [the tattoo artist] saw it, but he never said anything either."
On Boxing Day, Harvey found out she was pregnant and nearly a year after getting the tattoo, she began to notice boils forming. The Florida resident explained: "I was in the pool and I thought the sun had caused the tattoo to flare up or something."
