We all hate it.

You open a fresh bag of crisps and find about ten in there. Or even worse, it's more air than crisps. Why can't we just get a full bag? Well, as much as we complain about it, there's actually a reason as to why there's so much air inside of a packet. According to Business Insider, it's not actually air inside the bags, but rather Nitrogen gas. Image result for stuffed face gif Say what?! Yep, Nitrogen gas keeps your crisps fresher because it doesn't react with the molecules which are in the ingredients of your food. If it was just air inside, it would make the crisps wet, soggy and stale... which, let's be real. nobody wants. Now hopefully our favourite brands will listen to our pleas and add more crisps to the packet... then we're sorted! Image result for crisps gif
