Rick Astley recreates Never Gonna Give You Up music video 35 years on

Rick Astley has recreated the music video for his timeless 80s hit, 'Never Gonna Give You Up," and he most certainly has not let us down. The one-minute long video is part of an advert for the CSAA (California State Automobile Association) Insurance Group, and sees Astley dancing and singing exactly as he did all those years ago when he was 21. But it doesn't look like age has caught up with the British singer, with Astley still able to shimmy and shake just like he did all those years ago. All the iconic shots are there, including recreations of the three outfits that feature in the original video. Since being posted on YouTube in 2009, the 1987 video has racked up more than 1.2bn views. On its release, the song topped the UK chart for five weeks and was the biggest selling single of 1987.
