Somebody was a bit hot and bothered on their Monday morning cycle it seems
James Corden was allegedly left “fuming” after a cyclist caused him to come off his Boris bike in London.
The Gavin and Stacey star, 43, was cycling down Regent Street in Central London on Monday when he came flying off his rented Santander bike. The incident reportedly happened because Corden was forced to dodge another man cutting across him – only just managing to miss a queue of traffic.
Corden was papped seconds after picking up his bike, while wife Julia rushed to check he was alright. The Late Late Show host then confronted the cyclist and was apparently heard swearing in the 10am dispute.

“Corden was fuming,” one anonymous onlooker told The Sun, “This young cyclist just darted across the road and sent him flying.”
The witness claimed that Corden had no cuts or bruises but that “it must have hurt” and “really taken him by surprise”.
“He ticked off the cyclist who said ‘sorry’,” the onlooker added, “everyone just stopped and stared when they realised who it was.”
Corden and his wife recently came to the UK after spending some downtime on a yacht in St Tropez, France but of course, this isn’t the last we’ll be seeing of Corden, given that he is set to quit his presenting role in L.A to return to his life back here in the UK next Spring.
Announcing the news, Ben Turner, a co-founder of Corden’s production company Fulwell 73, told Variety that the presenter is “really excited to get James back in the UK”.
“[Corden] has just got so many strings to his bow, and Late is a big commitment that’s taken up so much of his time,” Turner said, “We’re just really excited about having him back in the UK, and all the stuff that that entails, but it is a big moment for us.”
