) are required in every town, this story about an angry swan that was "arrested" by police following a "road rage" incident should do it.
As you can see below, the angry bird was detained in the back of a police car after Cambridgeshire officers plucked its feather following a few rampant cases of "road rage" and "obstructing the highway".
We wonder if Mr Peter Ian Staker called in this report?
