The inevitable sacking of the city came just as Daenerys promised, through fire and blood. This much we could have predicted. But many aspects of the show's penultimate episode greatly disappointed fans, who have tweeted their rage. Some took aim at the show creators known as D&D, David Benihoff and D.B. Weiss for disappointing and ill-judged character arcs.
