She’s apparently planning a move

Katie Price is reportedly planning to sell her Mucky Mansion and move to her “dream home” up north.

The former glamour model was declared bankrupt last month over an unpaid tax bill of more than £750,000. This was the second time she’d declared bankruptcy, having had debts of £3.2m in 2019.

According to reports though, she’s planning a location change.

Price is apparently looking to sell her Mucky Mansion and move to a £2.5m property in Wakefield, some 230 miles north.

A source told the Sun: “Katie is sick of the Mucky Mansion and sees no future there now.

“She wants to move into her dream home and she reckons this could be it.

“Quite how it would work given her financial problems is a mystery, but she’s got it in her head this is happening.”

The mansion was the focus of Channel 4 series ‘Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion’, which saw the mum-of-five embark on a mission to renovate the 19-bedroom property after it fell into a state of disrepair.

Following the news of her bankruptcy, Price had said that “no one could take” the house off her.

Talking to fans on stage, she said: “You’ve followed my life, my journey, I say it as it is. Yes, I’m in a bankruptcy. But guess what? I own my house. No one could take it off me as well.”

But a bankruptcy expert told the MailOnline that it would take “exceptional circumstances” for her to keep hold of the home.
