Adele has said that the vast majority of us have been pronouncing her name wrong all her life, and revealed how it should be said.

“Where’s she from, Enfield or something? Love that,” Adele asked during the chat. “She said my name perfectly,” the singer added with a smile, noting that she’d had a discussion with chat’s host earlier about how her name should be pronounced.

“He came and asked me how I say my name and I said ‘Uh-del.'”

Going on to answer Annie's question, the singer said that, in stark contrast to when she was writing 25, she "didn’t rate herself as a human being" when writing 30.
