Anyway, Liverpool's Dutch duo Virgil van Dijk and Gini Wijnaldum, two of their most important players this season, rejoined their international teammates yesterday in preparation for the UEFA Nations League. And just because I know you were about to open a new tab and check, they play England on Thursday, June 4.
Led by none other than former Manchester United player Memphis Depay (and former Everton boss Ronald Koeman lurking in the background) the pair are given a hero's reception by their Netherlands teammates. It's all very heartwarming.
