The 43rd American President George W. Bush was on Today to discuss his latest book, but you can't have an ex-president on without talking about the person who is currently occupying his old seat in the White House.
Despite both being Republicans, Bush The Second has no problem in calling out some of the issues he disagrees with since Trump has taken power, specifically his media ban of some major outlets, calling it indispensable for democracy to work.
"It’s important for the media to call to account people who abuse their power. Whether it be here or elsewhere.”
Bush also discussed his opinions on the Muslim Ban, and his personal dealings with Putin back in the day.
