David Cameron makes dirty dad joke at Tory dinner, fails miserably

David Cameron should probably stick to the day job.

In what The Times called an "attempt to deflect from civil war [over] Europe", David Cameron dropped the most awkward excuse for a dad joke ever this week. Experts think it was a lewd attempt to boost party morale; others suggest the PM was just trying to crack wise for the local farmers. Either way: target severely missed. [caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="320"] via GifSoup[/caption] At the after-dinner speech for a Tory away day, Cameron told the ~story~ of a man who moves to Lincolnshire, and gets invited to a party by a local:

"I expect there will be a lot of heavy drinking,” the farmer tells the man, and the man says that’s OK, because it’s a chance to get to know people. "There will probably be a lot of fighting,” the farmer continues, and the man still wants to go. The farmer then says: “The evening will probably end with a fair amount of rough sex,” and the man accepts this as a part of getting to know the community, and asks the farmer what he should wear.

And then came the punchline...

"You can wear whatever you like" says the farmer "because it will be just you and me.”
