Stormzy celebrates 25th birthday by flying friends and fans out to Spain

Stormzy celebrated his 25th birthday by flying a group of friends and fans out to Spain earlier today on a customised #MerkyAirways flight. Joining celebrity friends Mo The Comedian, Krept & Konan, Not3s, Lethal Bizzle, Big Shaq, Drake's new best friend Shiggy, his girlfriend Maya Jama and more, Stormzy's birthday bash was also made up of competition winners. Joining forces with Spotify, he asked his 1.9 million Instagram followers to enter the competition, saying "we wanted to do something special for the fans." He wrote:

"My gs… #StormzyBirthdayBash 2018, renting out Thorpe Park was sick but we’ve teamed up with @spotify #SpotifyPremium and upped the levels to throw the maddest birthday bash. THIS WILL BE A MOVIE. We’ve done the madting."

Various clips have been popping up all day from the epic flight out to Spain and the party that ensued, including one where the fans sang happy birthday to Stormzy and one where Stormzy and some of his guests get on the mic. Fresh from pressing Drake for the money he owes him for helping get "In My Feelings" to number one, Shiggy even made the trip out to Spain, much to the surprise of Big Shaq. Upping his game from 2016 when he rented out Thorpe Park for the day to celebrate his birthday with friends and fans, what is Stormzy going to do next? A party on the moon? #MERKYMOON
