KFC confirmed that it was a 'genuine tweet to launch KFC’s new Hot & Spicy chicken products next week.' before adding that 'it was not intended to offend and we've removed the image'.
While we're sure it was meant to be taken in good humour, many online believed the ad to be misogynistic - while others just didn't want to associate handjobs with the company's promise of a finger-licking good time.
