The UK anti-Trump protests had some brilliantly British signs

Angry, but in the most British way imaginable.

Rich Cooper

Protests were held all over the UK in anger at President Donald Trump’s ban on citizens from predominantly Muslim countries entering the US.

The decision from the Trump Administration was met with widespread condemnation, prompting thousands of people to take to the streets and march peacefully against the ban and Prime Minister Theresa May’s lukewarm response to it.

Britons were as outraged at the ban as any other nation, but that didn’t stop our famous sense of humour and general ‘Britishness’ from permeating the protests, as many of the signs demonstrated.
