Conspiracy theorist thinks China has discovered ‘uncharted land’ of dinosaurs

Fasten your seatbelts, this is a belter

The internet is home to some of the most bizarre, wacky – and often dangerous – conspiracy theories you can think of,

Whether it’s flat-earthers, ‘jet fuel can’t melt steel beams’, or the idea that Bill Gates is injecting us with tracking devices, people can tell the world about their weird beliefs at the click of a button.

Whilst this one may not be particularly dangerous, it’s easily one of the stupidest we’ve ever seen.

One woman has taken to TikTok (where else?) to explain her theory that China has discovered “uncharted land” with some prehistoric inhabitants.

Explaining the theory, the woman claimed that she had come across some “shocking news” at the nail salon when she overheard “Chinese news” on the TV.

After revealing she was “interested” in the news, the woman decided to use the “language translator” on her phone to understand what the headlines were all about.

She said: “Lo and behold, the Chinese have discovered uncharted land – untouched.”

Explaining that she was not “trying to shock”, the woman added: “They have found dinosaur-like creatures over 13-feet tall.”

@the_taurusqueen0 China found uncharted land that has been untouched with dinosaur bones and other species found some of these species have a height of 13 feet tall the USA has not said anything about it. We are in for a rude awakening. Please just let it be untouched we don’t need to touch it. #china #unchartedterritory #fyp #viral ♬ original sound – ??♉️

The caption of the video read: “China found uncharted land that has been untouched with dinosaur bones and other species.”

The cherry on her conspiracy cake was the fact that the information she was reading was “not available” in the US.

“No one is talking about it,” she added, “I cannot find any source.”

Funny that.

For those of you still doubting her, the nail tech who was in the salon at the same time had apparently also “confirmed” the news. So there.

Continuing the explanation, the TikTok creator also told her followers: “A group of scientists – over 15 members – found dinosaur-like creatures.

“They are saying that the number could be in the thousands to millions of these animals.

“Right now, they’re really freaking out.”

The video has been watched more than 100,000 times
