If you were a 90s kid, you probably loved The Power Rangers.
They were the badboy ass-kickers of their day – but their on-screen acrobatics inspired this guy’s amazing workouts.
American Austin Raye started out doing Parkour thanks to that crazy kids show…and they would have been proud of what he’s become.
This particular workout is absolutely insane.
He leaps up the stairs, performs a back-flip and then handstand-walks back down stairs again.

Yes it looks cool, but it’s actually a brilliant workout – the initial jump works with plyometric power, the flip is good for full-body strength and power and the handstand walk is great for balance and works your shoulders.
Now we’re not suggesting that you suddenly go and try a backflip at the top of your stairs.
But we can take inspiration from Parkour guys like Raye who use their whole environment to workout in. Be more Power Ranger.
Proof you don’t need a gym to get bigger, faster and stronger.
And who said taking the stairs didn’t get you fit?
