Speaking to Women’s Health, Keegan explains that she has focused on the weights room, rather than focus on cardio, which would make her more "scrawny". It has resulted in her gaining a stone in weight - and all for the better: "I’ve put on a stone and feel it everywhere. I think I needed to put on a bit of weight. I was a bit bony.’ "I do weights because that's what works for me and my body. If I do a lot of cardio, I tend to lose a lot of weight.
