Youngr’s new bootleg flips same sample used on Warren G’s “Regulate”

Things will never be the same again.

Tipped as one of our ones to watch for 2018, Youngr unleashes another addictive bootleg, this time in the form of “Remember”.

Flipping Michael McDonald’s classic “I Keep Forgetting”, which was later sampled on 90’s Hip Hop smash “Regulate” by Warren G and Nate Dogg, “Remember” is yet another incredible Youngr reworking – remember what he did to Temper Trap’s “Sweet Disposition”?

Bass-led with an airy feel thanks to the countless synths and lo-fi tweaks, this new rework builds on a year that saw Youngr release a string of triumphant singles and bootlegs, including funk-filled bootleg “Give It Up”, a Lee Dorsey reworking with rising UK House producer Endor, and “Monsters”, with its crazy video.

Currently on tour in Asia, following a mammoth run of U.S. shows with Matoma earlier this month, we know there’s a lot more to come from this talented producer, vocalist and multi-instrumentalist. With that said, the moment you see his name pop up on any posters for UK shows, get tickets… immediately!
