Wes Anderson’s next film has one of the best cast lists you’ll ever see

There's even a chance for you to be in it.

Wes Anderson fans have gone a while without a new film from the enigmatic director, but it feels as though it will be worth the wait when his next project arrives.

Isle of Dogs – due to be released in 2018 – will be Anderson’s first feature since 2014’s The Grand Budapest Hotel. Though we did at least get his brilliant H&M Christmas advert to keep us sated.

The upcoming project is a canine-themed stop-motion animation, but that hasn’t stopped it boasting what might be the best ensemble voice actor cast ever.

Anderson is known for attracting plenty of star talent, with 2009 animation Fantastic Mr Fox including George Clooney, Meryl Streep, Bill Murray and Owen Wilson, among others.

But Isle of Dogs might have exceeded even that with its star-studded cast, comprising *deep breath* Scarlett Johansson, Bryan Cranston, Tilda Swinton, Edward Norton, Bill Murray, Greta Gerwig, Liev Schreiber, Frances McDormand and Jeff Goldblum.

There’s even a role for Yoko Ono, who also had an uncredited cameo in that H&M ad, as well as you.

Well, maybe.

Anderson is offering a competition winner the chance to visit the set and even voice one of the dogs in the film. You have 40 days to enter, and details of the competition can be found here.
