The Reform slide continues and now the question is: how low can they go?

Reform UK have hit a new low in the polls as their slide shows no sign of abating.

Last week, Reform dropped to third place in YouGov’s polling. A week on, they remain behind Labour and the Tories after suffering a two-point fall in support in YouGov’s latest voting intention poll.

This has put Nigel Farage’s party on 20%, which is the lowest recorded for Reform since YouGov restarted its voting intention tracker in January 2025.

Meanwhile, the Conservatives saw a one-point drop in support. This means that Labour’s lead at the top has increased to five points, despite the fact there was no change in their support.

The Lib Dems and Greens remain in fourth and fifth respectively, whilst Restore Britain’s support increased by one point to four percent.

ng with increasingly its lead at the top, the Labour Party is now seven points clear of Reform, highlighting the dramatic reversal of fortunes for both parties since Andy Burnham became prime minister.

Polling from Ipsos last week had Reform trailing Labour by a huge 12 points, just a year after Reform had boasted a lead of the same margin over Labour.

Scandal after scandal has followed Farage, who pre-emptively called a by-election in Clacton in the wake of a Parliamentary standards investigation into an undeclared £5 million donation. The findings from this probe are due to be made public soon – and may trigger another by-election.

The litany of former Tories who are front, line and centre of Reform’s promises to change the country has also served to undermine their position as an ‘anti-establishment party’, and over time, voters have been turned off by controversial policies and confusing proposals.
