Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield have fast become a national institution. The pair are the wholesome and cheery faces of daytime television in this country. People tune in to This Morning specifically to enjoy their affable company.
But there’s always a mischievous glint in the eye. Part of Phillip and Holly’s appeal is that you know they’re up for a laugh and there is a cheeky side just under the surface. They revel in double entendres and making each other laugh with smutty inferences.
