Great news for anyone who grew up in the UK in the 1990s, as the Goosebumps books are being turned into a film.

The first full-length trailer for the comedy horror is out, and offers a great trip down memory lane for fans of the series of books. Jack Black stars as a fictional version of R.L.Stine, the author of the 62 children's novels, and the film features some of his memorable monsters such as the abominable snowman and a gang of murderous garden gnomes. If the trailer is anything to go by we can expect plenty of laughs as well as what we believe the movie buffs refer to as "mild peril". https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Cn716jv61s If that whetted your appetite, you don't have too long to wait - it's due out in cinemas in October.
