It's incredible how much some people change.
Some transformations are so unreal they defy belief. Bruce Bogtrotter from the '90s kids film Matilda is one of them. His most famous scene is where he's force fed a giant chocolate cake by The Trunchbull. Nails it, obviously. But Bruce, whose real name is Jimmy Karz, grew up, went to college to study osteopathic medicine and he now looks VERY different.

Before medical school, he graduated from St.John's and worked as a research assistant and tutor.
His last acting role was a minor role in ER back in 1996 and he also had a small part in The Wedding Singer.
