This is guaranteed to be one of the most talked about new shows of the year. You heard it here first!

A recently released convict by the name of Shadow Moon (The 100’s Ricky Whittle) crosses paths with a man by the name of Wednesday (living legend Ian McShane), who seems to know a lot more about Shadow’s past than Shadow knows himself.

From there we are introduced to a world of ‘Gods’, who are attempting to live in the modern world, but some obviously looking to more than just co-exist with mankind.

The show also stars Gillian Anderson, Emily Browning, Crispin Glover, Peter Stormare and… Dane Cook(?!).

Based on a novel by Neil Gaiman (The Sandman, Stardust, Coraline), the series is being adapted by Bryan Fuller (Hannibal, Pushing Daisies) and Michael Green (Logan, Blade Runner 2049).

Meanwhile, the directors of 30 Days of Night, Cube and other great genre movies and shows are involved with individual episodes, so everything behind the camera is also looking top-notch.

The show is due to premiere in the States on April 30, with folks in the UK and Ireland rumoured to be getting it just one day later.

Enjoy… and remember, we did warn you about the violence!
